The Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association unites with business people, both domestic and foreign, to expand the potential for ASEAN integration, regions, and countries around the world.
The Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association was authorized by the Ministry of Interior under Prakas No. 1220, No. 1, dated May 1, 2021, to carry out its mission with the goal of contributing to humanitarian, cultural, and social activities, as well as facilitating and supporting association members in cooperative alliances in partnership with foreign businessmen, aiming to facilitate the development of Cambodian society, and more specifically, to contribute to the Royal Government of Cambodia in the development of Cambodia's economy in accordance with the Royal Government's five-pronged strategic policy.
The Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association is one of many pillars that join hands in the fight for the economy with the Royal Government of Cambodia, which has provided opportunities for business people, namely investment laws and flexible incentive policies for businessmen, traders and investors, both domestic and foreign, aimed at strengthening and expanding companies and enterprises, increasing income from various business activities, as well as income for citizens by providing jobs.
In the economic perspective, where we must unite to strengthen and expand the quality of business, trade and investment, the Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association will also help facilitate and support association members in cooperation, alliances and partnerships with foreign businessmen, aiming to facilitate participation in stabilizing national socio-economic development. Legal advice and guidance in completing legal documents for association members when members wish to establish or conduct business activities in Cambodia, including protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members and serving as a bridge between Cambodian and foreign businessmen in investment, productivity, trade and service activities to Cambodia.
The Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association will use its potential to integrate the economies of ASEAN, the region and other countries in the world and to transform the Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association into an economic community for the private sector, in cooperation with the Royal Government, as defined in the Royal Government's plan. All business parties are the backbone of the Cambodian economy. In this sense, we participate in promoting the market, seeking markets, strengthening basic quality and production, high-level economic competition, developing an equitable economy, especially integrating business, trade, and investment into the global economy.
