Madam Oknha Chip Yuthary, President of the "Cambodian-International Economic Cooperation Development Association", led a team to visit the location of the Tamnap Svay factory to understand and see firsthand the production process with the aim of recruiting members to join the association, as well as finding business and trade partners, and helping to find jobs for farmers and markets - prices for what farmers grow or produce and sell to the factory.

The visit was made recently to the site of a factory called Cambodian Sing Ken Si Pin Co., Ltd., owned by Chinese nationals, which produces mango pulp and seeks to buy quality mangoes from farmers, located in Taing Soe village, Sangke Satap commune, Awral district, Kampong Speu province. Currently, the mango pulp factory has just over 100 employees and needs over 100 more employees, according to Oknha Chip Yuthary, President of the ”Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association”.
The association's president, Oknha, said that the Cambodian Mango Production Factory, Sing Ken Si Pin Co., Ltd., has collected mango products from Cambodian farmers and processed them into mango pulp for export to the Chinese market. Today, the factory plans to expand its daily fresh mango collection from 60 tons to 100 tons per day by 2027. Therefore, the purpose of the association's president visiting the factory is, as mentioned above, in addition to directly inspecting the production chain, to recruit other companies, enterprises, and factories to become members of the association and to find business partners for Cambodian farmers and other businessmen.

Finally, the President of the Association said that she had already informed the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training about the needs of workers of the Cambodian Sing Khen Si Pin Co., Ltd. factory, and the Ministry expressed its pleasure to cooperate and requested cooperation from the President, thus making the President determined that as the President of the Association, she would pay attention to the work of matching mango collectors who are members of the Association to the above-mentioned production factory.
