On April 8, 2026, Oknha Chip Yuthary, President of the Cambodia-International Economic Cooperation Development Association, led the association's working group to visit the WUL Super Stone Co., Ltd. marble factory located in Taing Soen village, Sangke Satop commune, Awral district, Kampong Speu province, which is owned by Chinese nationals with Japanese shares. These marbles are exported to Japan and the United States because the factory is listed on the Chinese stock exchange and, as of 2026, has been in the market for 30 years.
The association's purpose in this visit is to connect with business partners, help find markets, and recruit additional members to the association.
In this regard, Madam Oknha, as the president of the association, also requested the factory to help train more Cambodian workers and to become skilled workers in order to reduce the migration of Cambodian workers to work abroad and reduce the recruitment of foreign skilled workers. In addition, Madam Oknha requested to focus on safety and well-being in the workplace.
Finally, the factory side also cooperated with the association and accepted various proposals with the utmost friendliness and warmth.
